• Referrals: The Chamber receives hundreds of requests each year for our recommendation on goods and services to be purchased in Spring Valley. We refer Chamber members to these newcomers and area residents.

• Membership Directory: Each member receives two free listings. Alphabetical and by business category.

• Bi-Monthly Newsletter:The Chamber presently publishes a newsletter bi-monthly to keep everyone abreast of current activities of the Chamber and the business community.

• Grand Opening / Ribbon-Cutting Ceremonies:We can provide a traditional ribbon cutting with ceremonial ribbon and scissors. Chamber board members and our Spring Valley Ambassadors attend to welcome and support new businesses. We try to have photos in our newsletter also.

• Chamber Networking and New Business Contacts: Our membership mixers are one of the most popular chamber programs. The mixers are held monthly for members to make new business contacts, exchange business cards, and get to know each other in a social setting.

• Business Promotion Opportunities: Business promotional flyers can be placed in the newsletter, ads may be purchased for the Business Directory, Street Map, hospitality pamphlets, etc.

• Mailing Labels: The Chamber can provide, for a small fee, mail labels to Chamber members.

• Your Voice in Government: The Chamber provides a direct link to local political representatives at special meetings and seminars. The Chamber can be a catalyst bringing together public and private forces to achieve common goals.

• Sponsoship: The Chamber sponsors the Sweethearts Dinner each year for the naming of our Spring Valley Ambassadors – Mr. And Mrs. Spring Valley. The Chamber also sponsers the “Miss Spring Valley” and “Miss Teen Spring Valley” pageant each year.

• Area Attractions: The Chamber has referrals for area attractions and can provide them to visitors to our area.

• Internet Business Referral and Hot Links: The new web site will be receiving many hits per month. If you have a web site you can have a hot link directly from ours for a small annual fee.

• Business Training and Forums: The Chamber has access to organizations that provide training and consulting to assist new or established businesses. The Chamber also receives upcoming lists for seminars and forums.
